Decaying life (requesting ban/twc)

I went to order s3 - g5 and after I gave him my account details and he played some games, he clearly showed that he wasnt d3 and plat as he was really bad and matter of fact he played 11 games lost 8 and won 3 heres a link from lolking: http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/40836277#history

I changed my password of my account, but I want this user to be banned/twc because he clearly isnt in the lv of skill that he said he was or he is just trolling people.

Here are skype logs showing that we agreed and elo boost and that I gave him account information(its a album):

He tries to lie by saying he only lost one game then admits to it(demoting me) then laughs saying I dont need to be compensated and saying he wont get into any trouble for what he did.


Unless he compensates me, please ban this scammer or at least give him a twc.
