I wasn't going to report him, I was gonna be nice and let him keep his account and just made him SRB so that he wasn't a threat to the community, but I've changed my mind. I'll let him get permed and then maybe he can pardon after he's done working off his debt to me.

We were gambling last night, and started in relatively small increments. You can see all of our bets starting on the page linked below. Most of our talking took place on Skype, but I think all of the amounts were posted on each bet, so you can see that he got down to -$300.

When he was at -$300, he kept asking me to double or nothing it. But knowing that he only had $900 in the bank irl, I knew for sure if he lost he wasn't going to pay out. He kept begging me to do it, and I told him that if he sent the $300 that he owed me, I'd do another $300 bet with him. This is when he admits that he can't pay it and was going to run off if he lost.











He offered to pay me $150 and leave it at that. Scared that he'd run off without paying anything, of course I agreed to it, on the condition that he works off the rest to me (through advertising any of my websites/services and/or other tasks I assign him). I regret agreeing to that, and wish I forced him to pay it all, but a deal's a deal I guess. Roary told me I can't go back on it now and make him pay it all - even though it is my money since he scammed me.

He's going to start working it off Monday so that he can clear his debt, but I still think he needs to be banned from Sythe to be taught a lesson.

By the way, I'd like that part reviewed. I clearly agreed to his deal to get SOMETHING, instead of having him run away with it all. Am I able to contact his parents and/or visit his parents to get my other $150, or is this deal (even though made when I was scammed) final? I really don't need the advertising services, but just made up a bull shit job for him to do that'll help me somewhat. He voluntarily gave me his full dox, he lives very close to me and I wouldn't mind a nice road trip. I could use a little vacation.

I'd say he should pay you back as well as do "small tasks" to work it off.

Say you need something done you take $10 off the debt as payment for that, but for it to be said that he doesn't have to pay you and only needs to work it off through advertising isn't fair.

I'd say you do need to compensate him for the service advertising simply because yous aid it so give him a month worth compensation then from that point on let him pay you in tasks/money as it comes in.

 

Only putting out my opinion, not that I'm closing/handling any of this report.

 

He read this thread and it looks like he's going to pay me the remaining $150 if I agree not to take a vacation and/or call his parents.

Waiting on the bank transfer to go through, I'll update this report in about half an hour with the status.

 

Oh, and even if this bank transfer comes through, he should be banned. He scammed me, no matter how you look at it.

He agreed to pay back later after I threatened to tell his parents twice (first time and he agreed to $150, second time and he agreed to other $150).

 

Silver_J has paid me the remaining $150, making it $300 total.

His ban should still be upheld though until he receives a successful pardon (if ever). His intentions were to scam, and I believe he would have if I didn't threaten to tell his parents.
