Why are the CB levels drastically changed on my accounts?

I've not been on in a year or so so I apoligise if this is obvious, but anyway before EOC I had a 120 main (99 att, str) which is level 181 CB now.

I've just logged into my alt account (99 Range 90 Defense) and its 189 CB? that doesn't make much sense considering it was like lower (105cb) before EOC?

how is the second now a greater level?

I need to know before I sell the account if the second has increased in value because of eoc, was just looking for $15 or something

 

Your defence, range and mage levels play a huge roll in the combat system making you gain more levels from that.

The way you figure out the combat level is: Defence Level + Highest Combat Stat + 2.

It doesn't really increase the value since the maximum level you can achieve is 200.

I ment is having range and defense now more valueable in game than say att/str which would make the account more sought after or is it still the same? a PC on the stats would be nice ^_^

 

Well I am not one to judge prices on accounts so I cannot help there.

The defence will help and I guess having 99 range would not be bad.

Most people just aren't in the market for these types of accounts because level 200 is so easy to achieve now and it really does not benefit you in game because everyone from 2 99's [Lets say Range and Defence] are clustered together with those that are completely maxed out.

 

You could try max/comp your account,the chances you'll sell it then for a decent prices are high.
As people are to lazy to train,and for example like to pvm they wand to buy a trained account already,or for some other reasons...But yeah those are alot easier to sell.
