Would you quit 07 to play pre eoc RS if it was re-implemented

yes, i realise it will probably never happen until the game has 10k people online, but would you guys either

1. Stop playing 07 and come back to RS2 if pre nov 2012 rs was re-implemented (you would keep your current stats from main game)

2. Still play 07 a bit, and play rs2 as well (keeping current stats from main rs game)

3. Just stick with 07 and forget about the pre eoc update on main servers


just looking for peoples opinions, and possibly reasoning

pre eoc RS would mean

Pking being revived
larger screen
better graphics
faster training methods(but still nothing too massive)
claws/AGS
more bosses etc etc

 

I preferred the pre-turmoil days for PKing myself, I'm not sure I'd prefer going back to just pre-2012.

No Turmoil, Korasis, Chaotics, but claws/AGS and better graphics and probably, yeah. But can't have the best of every era (only in my opinion) aha.

 

Absolutely not. OSRS is honestly the best RuneScape I could ask for right now

I would. I miss real hybridding with chaotics and all that good stuff and the decreased lag. I don't miss korasis though.

 

I like old school, I never really did pick up on the new weapons/armour so I'd stay with 2007.

I enjoyed 2011 Runescape better than 2007 RS because I had access to all the end-game content. I would still much much rather play 2007 than RS3.

 

Although I enjoy RS07 I would say the best feature of it right now is the non existence of EoC. I'd probably play RS2 before the EoC if I could keep my skills and items of RS07.

 

If all our account got converted to pre EoC I would more than gladly do it.
I'm sure alot of people with me dont want to start over from 0 (i have 12 99's)
but hate the new combat system

I'd do a #2 I can't stand eoc, and I really didn't like 2012 rs2 all that much, but I did enjoy how much money I made.

 

I really, really, fucking enjoyed pre-eoc when bounty hunter and pvp worlds were around. It was just so fun dds dming your targets, or just clawing someone out wearing rune and getting like 1m loot every time. It was also a pretty chilled time I think. You could sit there for 2 hours doing nothing whilst doing homework or something, then play for 30 minutes and earn 5m. It was just so fun.

I even found skilling fun, because of how quick it was due to the influx of brawling gloves. I had like 10 firemaking brawlers at one point

 

Destroy EoC entirely. It was a failure. Then I'd play EoC-less Scape and maybe more than 20 real players would be on per world.

 

Is there a good populated private server that is just before EoC?

 

Option 1. IMO, Pre-EoC was one of the best RuneScape's out. Some people prefer 07, and some would agree with me. Claws/AGS made PKing very exciting, though raggers / newbs would just mess with you, and sometimes get lucky. The graphics were also quite good, and the large screen was nice. More bosses would certainly amp up the fun in the game.

Perhaps controlled dicing re-implemented. For example, the rules of Dicing would be more balanced, with the Host having a 51-55% chance, instead of the former 60%+. The dice bag would cost a large amount of IRL cash [Perhaps $100], and this would prevent many scammers as people would not be willing to lose probably $100 for some profit. Dicing would also be regulated heavily by Mods to ensure fairness? Just my suggestion

 

07 all the way. this has potential for updates never seen, and maybe change the game altogether.. out with eoc!!
