So you are assuming that Sythe would support scamming someone who had a history in black hat? Regardless if someone is a past scammer, vades and sells, they wont change their mind about paying a person. You believe he thought there was a chance the staff would suddenly change their mind, now that you brought his black hat stuff, about you paying him? We both know that wouldn't have happened, so how could you assume trax didnt? The staff wouldnt let you off the hook if you were in possession of the account, regardless if it was stolen goods, and it gets banned while you were on.

The seller was obviously worried because of the risk he was taking. Yet I still never heard of a case where jagex unbanned an account and banned it again shortly after. In fact, even after the gold left the account, I am sure it isnt banned yet. Jagex have made a lot of bans where they were wrong in the past, to a mass level, and they unbanned innocent people who were caught in it. It is rare enough for jagex to unban an account but even rarer, if they even ever have, to reban an account that was recently unbanned.

Ill play your game with proof. If you believe it would be banned again, show me proof of one incident in the past where an account got banned, unbanned, and rebanned shortly after. Show me evidence/source that it has happened in the past.

This is basically how stupid that sounds:
Trax: I'm selling a car with just 2 miles on the odometer.
R2P: Ill buy it, but may I take it for a test run?
Trax: Yeah sure, here are the keys.
r2p is driving the car, parks it outside a convenience store and buys something. On your way out you see the car being towed, it was impounded. Now you are expected to pay the fee.
Third party: r2p it looks like you should have to pay for it, not trax, you were driving it.
R2P: But I looked into his past, he has been involved in stealing cars and reseting odometers. He has most likely did that!
Now trax somehow gets the car back and didnt have to pay the impound fee
R2P: Ok ill buy it since id have to pay if it was impounded anyway. There is no proof it is stolen or the odometer was reset anyway. I just said he most likely stole it because i didnt want to pay anything. But his history is indeed true. Ill buy it since I have someone that will buy it immediately, no prob for me. It puts you at a whole new different level of low by using such tactics. It's ok if you accuse him of stealing the phat when the account is still banned, then exactly contradict yourself by saying there is no proof and ask for it? You may as well argue with yourself. But stick to 1 point, you are looking really desperate having to switch just to make your point sound more realistic.

When was time a factor? Im sure there was at least 1 staff on that you could have consulted. And we both know that the staff would have told you not to trade with him after you accused him of stealing the phat, bringing his blackhat history, and pointing his skype out in a desperation move. All you needed was their word.

So you had no moderator added on any of your messenger that were on? And none were on that you could PM? This situation brought a huge attention and I doubt staff would have left.

Sythe does not encourage anything like scamming. They would never allow you to pay nothing even if he was a scammer selling you gold and you got his account banned while your were on his account. Sythe allows counter scamming and that is to get your possession back, nothing else.
