tl;dr r2p says to contact his associate, james, at (email here). Rs2james bumps r2p's account buying thread. Snappie gets scammed. R2P denies james was his employee. And this whole time r2p was a mod, never did he do anything when james bumped his thread.

However, snappie had no proof it was James that actually stole the account, (I mean, we'll never know) but that's what R2P stated here (which snappie agreed with):

But r2p did say james was his associate, then later says he isnt? R2P himself gave that email and told them to contact james. So why did he later say james wasnt his employee and closes the account buying thread.

This is in the past, but it is still sketchy.

Did Viou even actually release his guide? I thought he just wrote a cliffs of what he was going to answer in this AMA and that led to his ban

 

Just a note: In 6 years of trading, millions of dollars changing hands, you guys have brought up -

- Traxar trade (I had no way of knowing this guy's past until after the initial trade with the Blue Party Hat, at which point I was financially committed to completing the trade. Sythe staff had already deemed me responsible to pay the guy $750. There is also no proof that this Party hat was stolen / otherwise fraudulently obtained. All the people crying about it right now were also crying about the idea of me being anything but 100% responsible for it when it was banned)

- Snappie account trade (Some kid trying to flip an unsafe account to someone I was involved with in an account shop)

- 50b thing from Grave is total bullshit, they think I notified Jagex or something, absolute bullshit. The guy sold 100b in 24 hours and got banned. I was buying off him at the time (along with other GP merchants), there's absolutely nothing that I gain from him being banned.
