lost $750

2 of my accounts have been permed. 1 was a comp account (banned for botting) and the other was a random lvl 34 I used as a mule. The comp account was a manual ban.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] multiple times, as well as submit appeals through the website. After about a week, they responded to my email saying there's nothing they could do and "next time read the rules", etc, and my appeal is still pending (it's been almost a year now).

You're pretty much outta luck.

 

Ah, sorry to hear that LA . I sent a perm ban appeal to [email protected] a year ago this Friday and I still haven't heard back, so I recommend not doing that. Otherwise, I've heard that [email protected] is the best bet, and claiming someone else had access is better than the customer support option. Hope you get it back!

 

manuals are pretty much impossible to appeal pretty sure either way your screwed sorry to hear man thats why I always sell out quick that way when I lose out its only around 100$ rather than 1000$

God this is what scares me about RWT'ing on one of my main accounts, I keep thinking I'll be fine because it has high stats and they'll think I'm just trading for the sake of trading.

And yes, it was a manual perm ban for macroing. I've had quite a few people PM me for the email I sent, so hopefully it helps them too!

 

My comments are not going to make you feel any better but iv been banned for well over $4000 in total on rs now , never have i had an account unbanned.

 

Yeah, I've been banned for near $16,000 worth of gold now.

OP I would just take it as a loss and move on. Not much more you can do in this business.

 

I think it's easier to say take it as a loss when it isn't your money. In I Love La's situation it isn't as easy.

But it is part of the trade you're in, hopefully you can email them and something can be done. But going on what others are saying it doesn't look very promising.

 

There is no point dwelling on something like this, it only causes stress. I'd like to see proof from this guy claiming he got his manual perm ban reversed because I have never heard of that. Gold wipes, bans, chargebacks, and getting hacked are all common occurrences in this business. If he cannot take these on the chin, it is the wrong business for him (no offence). Personally the reason I have completely removed myself from the RS3 market is because it appears so risky lately. I haven't dealt with RS3 in months.

I think somewhere it was mentioned that OP moved houses and is trying to use his new ip to his advantage in his appeal. I suggest you don't. Jagex isn't retarded and it would probably only lead them to linking your new ip to a RWT ip.

I know how it feels I got 3 accounts banned all for botting its bullshit they will never reactivate it its been 4 years on one of my accounts that has purp phat and 300m cash but that's not worth much on rs3 anymore... I rlly hate jagex but I cant get off the game as much as I want to ....

 

yeah It's all good I'm over the loss of money. I'm just really upset I got my gf's account banned lol. If it wasn't for her rs account I wouldn't of been nearing a 5 year anniversary!
