Scammed by VuittonDon

I gave him all of my account info, every single bit of information there was to have about the account, and he's had it for two days. BUT HIS STUPID *** LOCKED THE ACCOUNT ON PURPOSE! Before he even gave himself time to establish himself as the owner, and now he refuses to pay me because he "doesn't actually have my account." I'm not responsible for his stupidity. I've spent the past 2 days trying to help him undo said stupidity and he still refuses to pay me and is now ignoring me. I'm providing the original PM, where he asks my skype (sorry didn't know the form) the skype profile view (don't see how that will identify him) and screenshots of the skype conversation showing his idiocy, and ALSO a screenshot showing he changes his ip and may be a ban evader.

Edit: The agreement was $40, was already lowered from $50 from my OT (http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007-accounts/1633436-selling-89-range-void-ranger-paypal.html), which is why in one of the screenies it says I can lower it to $30 if he payed me but he's freaking stupid and SOOOOO ANNOYING!! I'm super pissed off about having to sit here and try to help this dude for 2 days and get nothing out of it.

Edit 2: I just got the account unlocked, gave it back to him (He said he would pay when he got it back) and now he's ignoring me and won't pay. He is a scammer. And considering that + he changes his ip, I'm positive he is a ban evader.

 

I've PM'd him, he's got 24 hours to respond.

I'm going to TWC him. Don't return the account to him, you'll have to try and re-sell it.
