    Scam Report on : FragVPS (Grave)

    Reasoning - I have had VPS' with them since February, and to be honest they've never really fixed my problems. Recently I've tried to run RiD and they've said it's possible, but the way they tell me to do it won't work. I've submitted support tickets to hardly any legitimate result. The final blow for them was when I asked for my root password to be reset. Instead of being mature, they hit me with this.

    He's saying that he'd recommend people not to use his own company. Think that says something.

    Those are my payments.

    I'm not fussed about the 2 smaller ones that are paid, just the $74 one, as that's this current one, where in close to 3 months I've had no botting time whatsoever, just a constant battle to get access.

    A) I didn't say the problem was resolved, as I told him whenever I tried to reset it using the 'root password reset' option, whenever I type that in it just refuses to accept it. I want proof of where I said that it had been resolved, otherwise I want a refund for him lying that I said it had been resolved and also for putting a joke ticket as an assumption that it wasn't serious anymore. If it had been resolved, I'd have closed the ticket.

    B) I'll accept that might have been a joke.

    C) You're support ticket said that RiD can be used on your VPS, so you filled me with false information then?

    They don't officially support it, but it should run. Therefore they told me it should run, so from that I'm guessing it's ran before. If a company told you it should work, when it doesn't you usually take it back and they agree that they told you it should. It wasn't it might work, it was it should.

    Also, in March, I told them RSbot wouldn't open, which I also never got sorted out.
    They just told me this
    [​IMG] and closed the ticket without receiving a response. I used the tightVNC one, and the other one still didn't work. I about gave up with their customer service as they just suggested things, instead of telling you one that they'd tried.

    Here was when I gave him my VNC information over a Sythe PM when he told me to (I no longer have it, cleared my box a few days back), and he at first said it was my connection, then admitted it was a security feature that made me reboot my VPS whenever I attempted to access it.

    "Other VPS companies say you're on your own, and never help install application. We will walk through setting up everything with you every step of the way". In that case when I said rsbot wouldn't work why did they only give me links to other VPN programs they think might work, instead of actually doing it properly and working it out with me.

    So he's claiming that I never asked to help him, which I did when he said I could give him my VNC info and he'd do it, which he never did. Also, he still hasn't provided proof where I said the support ticket had been resolved, so he's still in the wrong there.
