Why you think they are ban evading:

• IPs Match
• On Limitation making thread titles out of [tags] again.
• Always selling a large quantity of OS RSGP (500m, then 1.6b, now unlimited)
• Loves reporting all spam on his threads (always states he will report it as well).
• ToS/Thread Content, more or less, stays the same on all his selling threads.
