TukPride requesting TWC

So I added him on his skype as shown here (in case he edits it):



First I asked him if he would go first with me and of course he uses the excuse that he has vouches from trusted people, I said okay that's fine would you use an MM and then he said no he wanted to use an OMM, so alright he has 600+ vouches on Powerbot I thought nothing could go wrong but I asked him multiple times to PM me certain things like how much the trade was worth, his skype, but he wouldn't.. Like he could get away with scamming if he didn't.









He refuses to PM me exactly what I want, does this not raise a red flag to anyone? When he did PM me he PM'ed me with these:



I didn't ask him for that, I asked him for chatlogs + his skype + the amount of trade which he then avoided and tried to talk his way out of it, why he won't PM me the amount? Purely because he knows in the event that he scammed he could snake his way out of it in my eyes, if he really is legit then there would be NO PROBLEM PMing what I asked, I was even waiting at the EoC location willing to go first and everything if he had PM'ed what I wanted.

 

I'm gonna say that we can't TWC a user for having stupid trading habits. He may be a horrible trader and such but technically we can't give someone a TWC because they don't know how to trade safely. I'd say just stay away.

I've also PM'd him letting him know that if he doesn't PM a user when they request one and if it continues the way he's done in this trade. I'll just ban him as being a risk.
