I'm sh4rky77 and I have been thinking a lot about making a pardon some month after I got banned. So here it is.

I believe the proof for me selling cracked accounts is a skype conversation with sengira undercover (which he made false proof of cracking accounts to get koofal banned). But what I said in the skype conversation was something with buying an account which he mentioned was cracked. I only kept talking to him cuz I have never had a 3 digit before, it was extremely cheap and he was going first. I asked for proof he only posted a random link. He never really showed that he owned it, I new that when I was writing to him. I wanted to see how far he went on that lie. The problem is that I actually mentioned I would sell it on sythe which was very stupid of me... I was just so interested in a 3 digit at the time...

Im hoping not to get a permanent because I never bought the account, the skype conversion just says im willing to buy cracked account and sell on sythe, which I want to pardon with now. I do also have 100% satisfied customers, I never scammed anyone and sengira is even banend himself.. To help my case, I did a lot of good in the steam sales section which didn't have many moderators active. I reported a lot of posts for breaking rules, I helped other users and some still buys and talk to me on skype.

I mainly want to get my name a cleared, and hoping for like a year ban instead of permanent...

I almost forgot that a site starting with veconom got spammed on sythe trough pms, some people thought it was me who did it cuz of rage after ban. I DID NOT... It was simply the owner that did it, without telling me. I apologize for that, I was apparently the only thing keeping him from spamming on the forum.

Ok, and now respond to dave's last post.
I got quite shocked when I first saw it. Scamming and mutiple ban evades, even offsite scamming? I was thinking wtf is going on tbh. Until I saw this image: http://oi45.tinypic.com/2le6kvq.jpg and the others. I didn't knew that was out on the forums, reason to that is I dont play runescape at all. I never really had. I have never posted in runescape section.

or this i dont remember that he even had a sythe account. I remember the scam though. I was actually the one being scammed lol. My paypal shows a unathorized chargeback like 10 min. after I sent account details to that shortyo or whatever.

I dont have the skype conversation but I remember most of it, and I can only proof that the money got chargebacked so only I lost 2 accounts he was going to buy from me. He had two chats option it seems like, so he get the RS guy to send his gold to my email, so I get the 40usd and think he sent it. So I sent the account and I remember I got an email from the guy. Maybe I have it. (could have been avoided but it was over 8 months ago)

Thats my paypal, he got the money back. There is no other thing linking me to be that guy. Only that the money got sent to my paypal.
