    To get the Referral Champ minirank all you have to do is refer 10 new users in the last 30 days and the rank is automatically assigned. This can be as simple as putting a link in a signature on another site or youtube video.

    Here's how to do Sythe a solid:

    How refer people:

    First find your user id. You can find this by clicking on the top bar, and selecting: User CP -> My Profile.
    The url that you are taken to looks like this: http://sythe.org/member.php?u=[your user id will appear here].

    Then link people to the site by one of the following (replacing [your user id] with the number from above). You can post these on other forums or give them to people directly.

    Indirect link (to the front page of the site)
    http://sythe.org/?r=[your user id]

    Direct signup link (to the registration page)
    http://sythe.org/register.php?do=register&r=[your user id]

    You get the minirank for 30 days after you refer 10 people. If you continually refer people then you keep it.

    We can change the criteria if people think it's unfair. Either increase the duration or make it permanent after a certain number of total referrals have been made...

    I don't think it's unfair, but I do think a permanent minirank would be better incentive for people to go out and refer when they otherwise wouldn't :)

    The minirank could be 25 or 50, and maybe if a few people hit that there could even be a "referral master" upgraded minirank or a fun rank or something, perhaps at 100? That'd be cool, too
