Disputing self-vouching ban

Hello, I was banned around two years ago this time of year for self-vouching. It was a stupid thing to do, now that I look back at it. I was very immature and impatient, but I can assure you I've grown up. I'd like to get back into Runescape RWT'ing, and hopefully I can be given a second chance. I didn't come on Sythe to scam anyone. Thanks for reading.

Ermm, I'm not sure if this should even be put towards a vote or we just do 2 more weeks of a ban + A TWC with the unbanning. I just looked through it, it was a self-vouching ban.
