BulletProof Service Scammed me 2B SSGP.

I traded him 2b in game first trusting him since he seems to have some vouches on this, then he says he sent 6$ to the wrong email, then says he sent me the full 15$ in which i didn't receive anything, I was waiting for a notification on my phone from paypal confirming the payment but I received nothing. I tried persuading him to not scam me by saying I had vidded but I really didn't because I trusted him with 15$... I only have this

I told him to add me on skype and he said that he only did trades through pms because mods could track his ip or some stupid shit like that.
I did not scam anyone he's trying to make me look bad I can really care less about 2B it's just sad he was so low to scam me.
