-nofap for the benefit of "less acne" is bullshit, sorry to say. Sure, nofapping means slightly decreased levels of testosterone. Not fapping to decrease your T would be like starting a "no physical activity" club so you decrease your T and have better acne. Not trying to hate, but that point = gay.

Added man. I'll be honest that I am skeptical about the acne thing but hopefully someone within the sythe.org participants will be able to provide some insight as to if it has helped their acne or not.

The sun rays kill bacteria. Many skin disorders are treated through sun booths. Tanning is just an inexpensive way of doing it. As long as you aren't baking out in the sun for hours every day you should be fine.

Lowering your testosterone has not been discussed. Jerkin' off boosts testosterone as estrogen production goes down, causing acne.

The only topic here has been - jerkin causes more acne because it BOOSTS testosterone - that's all, the inability to read falls under your responsibility.
