Ban Appeal Worth investigating - Thanks

Hello crazolme (5$+ donator) here, (couldn't log in and come to this page, so had to do this manually sorry about that)

He made a report which he transformed to make me look bad.
Let's tell the entire story shall we, with some background.

Imagescape is the new account of Smoke_beans (Banned Account for Scamming), since he state on his report (here: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1617907-crazolme-faking-scam-reports-trying-scam-others.html) that he sold the account to me.

Now here's the thing, he has multiple accounts on PB and Sythe (routine?) thus very implied in the Runescape Community Back Market. He has high chances of knowing how Account Sales work (with Paypal and their policies) and has done sales in the past (as suggested the topics he created with smoke_beans in order to sell accounts (07 and RS3 accounts).
No donations, few posts, few accounts to sale but not at the same time, he keeps it clean, stays in the crowd of the unknown.

Weeks later:

The word gets out, smoke_beans gets banned.

Now here's my situation: he recovered once, why wouldn't he recover twice ? Will he transform into an honest man suddenly out of nowhere ? Unlikely.
Now I don't wish to chargeback my MM because it's NOT his fault, however I want him to chargeback before Paypal says it's too late (that's the moment when scammers strike...). He said, not until he recovers, but by the time he will, chargeback will most likely be impossible.
So tried selling the account while trying to convince my MM to chargeback by filing a report that, in few weeks (or months?), will be true.

Now, let's pay attention to his report title and what it indicates:

..Trying to scam others ? So he implies HE WILL take back the account no matter what, thus will scam the new owner of the account (me or the person who bought it) and result in a scam from my sale even though I won't recover it.
Afterall I'm not a scammer, but he is, I just tried to save myself by getting the MM to chargeback while he can.
I know there's some wrong in what I did and I apologize in advance. But let's face it, he won't act like a nice guy, out of no where after recovering 1 account. My account is in danger.

That was what I wrote in case I get banned, but here's an update:
The account got recovered (as predicted and my MM couldn't charge back as the seller took the money and deleted his paypal account).



I have Skype Conversation Proof with my MM where we talk about the chargeback and where I explain why I had to make him recover.

In the end, he got my 230$ and his account back plus he got me banned, I kinda feel left out here, especially when my thoughts were right.

I contacted Jagex to ban the account as the owner was making money on behalf of Jagex and Account selling/Sharing Rule breaking. I can do more screenshots aswell, here's one (of his responses).

Wait so, you tried to charge back before the user recovered the account, and then tried to sell the account elsewhere when you knew it would be recovered?

 

He's created a pardon and this isn't appeal-able.
