Im banned perm?

Im banned becus selling x22 on the forums,
I did this becus i seen alot of people posting x22. (and they arent even banned..... u guys are blind? u only see me posting this?)

Anyway i didnt know it wasnt allowed,
yesterday i tryed to login and i saw i was banned for 2days (until 28/08/2013)

Today i went on sythe and it said: Date the ban will be lifted: Never


Im banned perm for just posting x22 on the forums? and i didnt even know this..
( ok i need to know the rules etc, blabla)

But seriously? first u guys say im banned 2days & then u turn it on perm -.-

I don't think this should be a perm ban. If I'm not mistaken, these are just game hacks aren't they? Like free autoaim or the cheat client used for RoTMG. It's just a hack that allows you advantages in a game.

Or is this a hacking tool? If someone could clear that up we could get this sorted.
