You shouldn't use your RSN as your Sythe name or give details of it for the public too see it all takes is someone to notice that name and report it in game. And Possible Ban hammer

I think there is a section to change your account name on the fourms I just cant remember where.

To get vouches you should try offering your services for free, maybe questing and skill training, then once you have some vouches built up you should try applying a fee.

You should actually just offer like 5 or so of these free so you can get vouches.
