Hello, It's very sad and disappointing seeing that my Pardon got Denied because of it being over 7 days, I do not necessarily think it's my fault. Even though I was doing great I have 4 out of 5 staff supporting me all i needed one was staff Also only 4 Staff Voted, So that was unfair as well. I'd be very sad if I have to wait another 6 months due to the fact I've been banned for 4 years+ Please sort something out as 4\5 Staff members Voted, I did not want to pressurize no staff member, As "Laurie told me to gather up Supports" And then afterwards I Contacted "Matt" And he was Annoyed, He said in exact words "Do you know how many people ask me to check there pardons every day" This made me think too myself, I have to be patient and let the feedback come too me and not ask for the Feedback Other, Than that I think you should bring back my post and the the last staff decide as I've been working ever so hard.

It's been 4 years since I was banned Me waiting over 5 Years to request an unban will be ridiculous, please take this in mind

this message is mostly aiming towards superman.

 

Frankly, I agree with you, but our rules explicitly state that you need to gain 5 supports within 7 days, and you unfortunately only gathered 4 within 10 days. I wouldn't be opposed to pushing your pardon request to voting with only 4 supports.

I'll just leave this open for another moderator's feedback on the issue. Thanks for your patience.

 

This doesn't show he was refunded, it only shows that he paid you at one point. The boxes you circled are only the legend of various status' the payment can have; this one being completed and sent to you.

The other images only show that your account has been limited at some point since 09(?).

Do you have any solid evidence that he charged back?

 

I do not have Solid, Proof I spoke to Laurie though Provided him with a lot of information, Also The user did get banned. And I'm not able to login the Paypal account I showed Laurie that also, I would like to add on every time I make a new Paypal Account it will get banned within 24 hours due to the fact what happened too my old PP Account. I'd Also like to discuss that thee Chat History went on for months And he did not have the full prove\ The whole entire chat, he only add the parts which lead me into a bad side\bad person.

He did provide me with proof he can't access his old PayPal, and he did provide me with proof his new PP has been limited, via screenshare.

 

You admitted recovering the account & have no proof he charged back. It's unfortunate but it is what it is. Even if you can't access your paypal you should have paypal emails regarding it?

 

Roary, I can not Access My Hotmail Either And I can provide you proof Via Screen share It says it does not exists. Also I've tried to show as much proof as Possible.

The user who reported me is banned, He did charge back me sadly I can't get as much evidence as what you expect me too get, but i solidly tried hard continuously screen sharing with Laurie.

Please with any concerns, do what you think is right and for the best.

although the proof that I got was that Paypal will not let me make a new account again and every time I make a new Paypal account it will get banned within 24 hours due to the charge back that. And a picture proof was provided and also Laurie can confirm because he was on my screen share on Skype.

Please make the right decision, that user was very sketchy and did get banned.

I'd say if one more staff member wants to offer him support, let this go up to a vote in USL. I'll leave the final decision up to the final supporter and or a global.

Best of luck, if a decision isn't made within 48 hours I'll just sadly have to assume this has been denied. No point in waiting any longer.
