I have a 9hp account that is still level 4 combat that I would like price checked.

- has highest offered premier membership purchased near the end of when they offered it.
- has Hween scythe
- account has mainly just been skilled for the sake of gaining levels (almost no quests completed for example)

e/ also thought I'd mention this account has not been logged into the 07 servers so it will be a fresh start.

 

Wow, that is very rare, Scythe + 9 hp. I would say $120-150, though it is so rare there isn't much to compare it to, all depends on how badly the buyer wants it.
