PogSalesRS appeal.

@MohtasaUnique, the mod who banned me, I know you've got some sort of vendetta against me and will autodeny this appeal with some sort of remark, however I think you've done enough and should just allow the OTHER moderators to come to a conclusion, cheers. Moderators are supposed to be non bias and I just don't feel that you fit the bill.

It's rediculous. When someone as "trusted" as me gets banned it should not be down to the decision of a sole moderator, but i'm not here to moan and complain, i'm here to apologise as I need my account reinstated in order to make money again.

I may be the only one around here thinking this, but is it not wrong to ban someone for their previous actions before they even joined sythe.org? I had no idea of the rules the site implicated back in 2011 when I was learning how to code and testing keyloggers on myself. I first joined sythe on the account Rockypog, in 2012. 1 year after I had stopped learning how to code. I never attempted to scam or hack anyone on that account, nor did I on PogSalesRS - I am an active member of the community and I try to offer fair and sound advice to anyone who is in need of it, I love sythe.org, every aspect of it, because it allows me to earn a higher PPU on my RSGP (I run a gold farm), it allows me to interact with like minded individuals around me who do the same sort of business as I do, and even if I do not get unbanned (which would be very unforunate) I have made some great friends for life from this site. I made suggestions, I helped people avoid scammers, I pointed out every single imposter that I had on me so people wouldnt get scammed, I gave PROPER pms, I did full checks on every user I traded with and middlemanned for (albeit 1 trade).

I was making good income on sythe.org, $3000+ a month, and without this account I have nothing, I cant build a reputation again because of the ban implicated on my account which would relate to my IP address - which would surely eventually add up to a ban for evasion. I was looking forward to a future in gold trading with sythe and i'm even working on a new website (http://www.rsgoldmine.com)

If anything, I should have been given a coder rank, not a ban! It's not my decision at the end of the day - whatever you moderators and admins decide among yourselves will be final, and I understand and respect that. I was hoping one day to become a moderator myself, and I idolize the vast majority of you. Look at the quality of my written posts, the level of prestige I had accumulated from only a month or two of trading, the amount of times I was willing to selflessly help people with no benefit at all to me, and tell me that I am not a beneficial user to have in this community :'(


Yes, I have the ABILITY to hack and keylog - but so does every user if they were to purchase a premium script. (If I was only interested in hacking RS accounts and taking the gold, isn't this what I would have done instead of learning the code and how it works?) but I would never do that to the community that I love and care about, not to mention make a pretty solid income from.

I have no vendetta against you, I literally never heard your name before 2 hours ago when I issued a [well-deserved] ban for malicious interests and keylogging. Also, since it would be 10x more funny to watch the rest of the staff show you just how "trusted" you are, I won't autodeny this. Fair warning, though. Govind vouched for a ban, and Roary was hovering over your ban button before I hit it first.

Your ban is well deserved. We always ban users who have showed malicious intent in the past.
