You will get all the quest requirements + train it.

I will require you to complete the following 2 quests and it's requirements.

Monkey Madness
Lost City

Stats at end will be:

60ATK
60-70STR
XXHP
1 Everything Else

If there is anything different, I will not pay for it.

Also note, I'm not buying an account, I'm getting people to train me one up.

I will provide you an account with 07 membership to do it.

You will give $10 to a MM (incase you wreck the account or anything then I can buy members for a new account).

I will hand the money before hand to a MM which he will hold durring the process, if you violate any terms above, whether it may be any skill then he will refund the money, if it all goes great then the MM will give you the money.

We will be using a random MM in the market with over 200+ vouches of my choice.
