You can make a new thread with the suggestions that were "on hold," and we'll try to give more concrete answers on the ideas.

 

That's idiotic that he would even have to re-suggest things. They shouldn't have been denied and closed unless they were actually being denied from the admins.

Mods shouldn't be able to lock threads in here, since there's not much they can implement anyway other than stickies and minor changes. Allowing them alone to deny a suggestion seems dumb, run it by the admins.

 

Well, should we let those suggestions rot? I agree concrete answers should have been given the first time around, but what's done is done. At least we can go back to the missed suggestions, and deal with them. If you don't like how certain practices are done, feel free to give us feedback, and suggest how we can make it better. Also, he said that the threads were given indefinite answers such as "I'll see what Sythe thinks of this," I'm not sure if they were denied. From what I see, most moderators deny things that we for sure know wouldn't be implemented such as: http://www.sythe.org/suggestions/1599101-gambling-cheating.html and http://www.sythe.org/suggestions/1597630-make-500-accounts-not-buy-more-visually-appealing.html. Also, the whole suggestion process is a group process. While administrators will probably get the last say, the staff can weigh in their opinions, as well.

 

The donation system is up and running so the site is 100% perfect for now.
