Favourite update of all-time?

We all know RuneScape has had its ups and downs, but I was wondering what is your favourite update that has been released?

Mine personally was Dungeoeering. Why? Because it was the first skill Jagex released that was dependent on players to work as a team so they can achieve the fastest XP/Per hour they can. It's a skill that can train several skills at once and it became quite competitive over time with people trying to get the fastest floor times both with and without leeches.

What I don't like about Dungeoneering? I don't like that people can leech, I think Jagex could implement an activity bar that people have to keep at a certin percentage to be able to gain XP at the end of a floor.

I wasn't a fan of the key bag, I do think its a good idea but now people can door floors without even talking. I like all the Dungeoneering jargon like 'buy key grw' 'mgt grw' ect, it's like a whole new language

I gotta say, when Runescape transitioned from 2D to Runescape 2 it was pretty ground-breaking. For me that update was the most radical and can't be topped.

 

I've enjoyed the graphics updates the most I think. Everything is bigger and bolder today then it was when I was at my most dedicated (2005-07).

 

Old School Runescape.

The first graphical overhaul, not the one that changed armor and made it look shitty.

 

The single update that removed most of the updates.

2007 Servers of course.

 

The transition from RS2 to RSHD in 2009.

My favorite content update was Desert Treasure.

 

The new bosses that released the past few years. Nex, Kalphite King, Vorago..

well my favorite update of all time was ge, i got used to it, now im back on oldschool servers i gotta hate it lol.

-> dragon claws coming out made me bank, i stocked up my cash stack in them when they was 100-200k ea

 

I loved Bounty Hunter worlds, 2007 servers, Dungeoneering, While Guthix Sleeps, Storm of Armadyl, Swift Gloves, Nex + Nex Armours and others.

 

I was really happy when they released Construction. Before that I pretended that I pretended a random house in Fally was mine

 

The "EP" System. 75k tricks getting noob targets were the best.

 

New bosses, dungeon, and mainly bounty hounter.

 

I was always unlucky with 76k tricks. I'd either get killed EPing or get completely worthless loots lol

 

ikr that happened to me too, but thats why it was so fun! You could get that 75k saradomin thing (or worse) on 100 ep or get an ancient/zaros statuette on 0. It was hit-or-miss lol

 

I guess the fact of 'not knowing' kept people interested in it

 

When Jagex announced the removal of trade limit and addition of the old wilderness. I loved that day, also, I have to agree with the dung update, I enjoyed that too.
