I could probably do it in 3-4 days max. Most of the stat requirements are rather low and the quests are easy to push through in a day if you are really working on it. I'm aware I don't have a ton of vouches, but I've done something similar to this on my own accounts, and have done even Desert Treasure on accounts lower than 40 combat. Pricing I would rather discuss via PM or Skype though. If you would like me to do this for you, just get back to me whenever you can. Thanks.

 

I don't have Skype, so can you PM me a rough price you might charge? Other stats are all 1, except magic which I'm currently leveling. I'm not American either, I just happen to be travelling for a wedding on the 6th July, for which I leave on the 4th.
