The community development team is a team of Sythe users that strive to strengthen the community of Sythe.org. We hope to better the site in terms of activity, community orientated events,
and overall increased participation by all our present and future members.

The members consist of Roary (Co-leader), Jack Goff (Co-leader) , Anet390 Blade bro4, Drento, Darkest Dream, Entrr, I Bleed Duke Blue, Sellerman, Superfluous, Unb4nn3d, Wulfspade1, ZippyGFX & Zuzel111.

Maybe edit this to:

10% of members active 90% inactive I can tell without even being in there.

 

Thanks for the feedback, we're in the process of re-designing the way members are added. That means more will be added in the near future.

 

Several high involved users in CDT, but then there are some that I rarely see posting.

It all starts with a simple thread discussion. It'd do wonders. I don't see much of that anymore.

Setting up more Sythe affiliated games/clubs/groups/etc. might spark interest in Sythe users as well.

As a gaming mod, groups/clans/teams are something that I'm very interested in, but with sythe's focus as a gaming black market it's pretty tough to go about this. I've been working on ways to get this going. I'm keeping things under wrap at the moment, but be assured things are in the works in this category!

this suggestion was approved in 12 minutes but for whatever reason isint implemented...

 

I wasn't aware of this. In some cases I prefer to keep it secret, but most of the time people could definitely contribute. Next event I'll PM you or start a thread.

 

Not to mention the Valentines event was rushed, so this wouldn't have been possible

 

it seems like the majority of your guys problems come from inactive/lack of members and lack of communication from the group as a whole.


and nothing seems to be getting done about that even though I heard there have been plans since December to do so.

 

It sucks and always has sucked and always will suck.

I'm glad that the applications are finally out, but how did that take 2 months to put together?

Its basically like a copy paste of what the CDT has done in previous years

 

There was more to it than simply than simply adding more members. Jack Goff was working on other changes, adding new faces was put on hold until that happened.
