I actually really love that. The whole naturistic feel to it was implemented perfectly. Well done! One thing I'm not really a fan of however, is what you did with the subtext. I think it would look better if it were a little smaller, spaced out a little more, and all the same size.

 

I really like that. I like how you've made it so that it looks like it's kind of lying on the ground. While the main text caught my eye immediately, it was only after about 5-10 seconds I realised there was even subtext. Perhaps make it stand out a little more. I also really like those little light streaks coming from the top left corner. Gives it a nice natural feel. Good job!

 

That was the idea The subtext was only to add a title to the piece, so I'm glad you didn't notice it right away.

Awesome! What font did u use for Astro and was that done in C4D?
I really like what u did with the motion blur 2, Didn't know u could do that learned something new!

 

Love the snake in the corner, however if the bottom text wasn't there it would be alot better imo .

 

It look's amazing. All the little details add up and make this piece beautiful. I think the subtext could of been done a bit better but the piece is awesome.

 

I personally love it Astro. The piece has a great nature feel to it. All the little details in this definitely paid off with the end result. The combination of colors and textures really give the text a nature feel. Also how long did it take you in normal time out of curiosity?

 

Modelling the text took about 15-20min (bit of experimenting etc)
But the realtime recording was about 1hour 10mins I think, somewhere close to that.

Thanks dude, understandable about the subtext. I felt that it needed a title though. To each their own

I'm a very picky person with details Glad they were appreciated. Again, the subtext isn't super amazing I know, but I didn't want to draw attention away from the focal point.

Yup the original render that you see at the beginning of the video is done in C4D.
Uhh I believe the font is called 'Romance Fatal Serif STD' (bold).

hey i was wondering how you made the leaves/seaweed in c4d. did you model them or downlode a model for them?

That's SOO AWESOME! Dude you should make that into credits. Like it would roll to the right and another mound would be there with other words or something. You could sell that for big money to a youtube channel. But anyways back on topic. That is the coolest 3D I've seen on this site. It takes skill and lots of knowledge on GFX Really nice piece, great environment.
