system32 is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: i was selling my green phat on runescape eoc, he private messaged me asking if i wanted to sell it.

How they scammed: after i traded the party hat, i waited for payment to be sent through paypal and never received it. i was told to wait 5 minutes, then apparently i had to wait for system32's boss? and i just never received my money

i dont have any in-game screenshots because i just didnt think to at the time, but i will provide any and all further evidence needed. i understand i should have used a middleman, but i am very new to this and now know better for the future. please let me know if i need anything else. thanks for your time.
