Do you have anything that connects that user to a Sythe account? THere's not much we can do with just a video of him declining a trade on RuneScape

Sadly, just beacuse a RS character states they're person "x" from Sythe, doesn't mean it's actually true. With what's given, there's no way to make a proper assesment on whether or not you were scammed.
