    I'm changing my mind =) I first I supported Superman's suggestion on that other thread, but the more I think about, the more I agree with Syed. Subforums will end up being dead. I'd rather see a section be clustered and somewhat unorganized, than dead and stagnant...

    Edit: I also support Syed's idea because he is a cute little bitch -.-

    Voted, I don't see what's the point of creating subsections, watching them die, then removing them. Just do it before they die, and save everyone time, plus it makes the forum look way more active.
