Requesting a High Pardon.

Been a while since I checked back to this website and decided I'd like to dispute my case with the best evidence I can provide. There were a lot of things in my case that were not done properly and I still feel my ban came unfairly and definitely was a shock for me.

Recognizable Events:
a) I was banned months ago now, and still have inflicted no chargeback attempts or refunds on any customers I have had. That includes moderators and highly vouched personnel. (TBT, Kevin, R2)
b) I donated $200+ to Sythe and would never ask for it back as it helped excel my business to higher levels.
c) I established great friendships here and came in and took the gold market by storm.

My Case:
I've been looking in to the events that unfolded in my case that were not fair against me and overlooked. The reason I have not yet disputed is because I was in university and attempting to put pieces of evidence together to dispute the findings of Dave. (who I still consider a good friend.)

I was accused of "scamming" 2.2b.
a) Flaw #1: The accuser said I did this in one trade. He also said the Gp was in gold only.
b) Flaw #2: He took cropped pictures and the account he traded with was not my account.
c) Flaw #3: He repeated to accuse me in the Skype chat which was covered up and later filed this report.
d) Flaw #4: He cut out/possibly photoshopped portions of our conversation that incriminated me.


There is more I can say to this event, but I don't want to ramble. Dave, you're a great moderator man. But this, was unfair and a total blindside.

I hope you guys decide to let me back. I'd love to open a new business. I would also accept a TwC if that's an option and prove my way back. I'm innocent. I hope you guys see that.

 

Let's look at this report in more depth before anyone makes any decisions on whether they will approve my pardon or not.

The accuser was trying to lure me in to a scam the whole conversation after he showed me that he did in fact have the gp. I was wanting to buy the cash in PayPal, as I have done in all of my trades with many of trusted users on Sythe.

He attempts to say that I scammed him etc, and that's when I turn to Dave in attempt to take the next steps in to avoiding a ban or further conflict. Dave proceeded to communicate with the accuser and later made a decision that sided with the terms of the report. Now, it's funny what Dave said to me afterwards. Dave said that his evidence was that the times (clock) in the picture were in rapid succession. Last time I checked, computer clocks were very easily adjustable.

More reason on how this report is fake: the accuser did not show Dave the whole conversation, nor did Dave request it. All the accuser has shown us, is the continuous attempts of him trying to draw me in to his plot to get me banned. I did in fact have a few people who were not fond of me and one who sent PM's to all of my trades (before) saying I'd scam them. Check a report against Sellerman from me for that incident.

Please make the right decision. This evidence is horrible, and fake at that. I'd like to come back and continue my services. You have my permission to contact all of my PayPal trades (over $3000.00). (Kevin001, Dialatic, TBT, Sweet Chili, Jevon001, Shine20078, etc.)

 

Since you say portions of the conversation were left out, feel free to post those conversations here if you think they would help your case, however this is a ban dispute not a pardon.

If you're pardoning you're admitting to the scam, this is a dispute. Get me those chat pics ASAP, and any other photo evidence you have.

 

Hey guys, long time no talk.

It's been a while since I've actually came to Sythe after the incidents of my resulting ban had unfolded. It's taken me a while to be ready to dispute this ban mostly due to the heavy amounts of work I have been facing at university. My first year of university is over now, and I'm finally ready to dispute my ban with as much verbal evidence I can possibly provide.

What happened? I was in the middle of a trade agreement with mortalcyrax for 2228M for about .36/M. He did in fact show me the gold, showing me 2100m which was from his money pouch and 128M which he had in his inventory, as claimed. After showing me the gold, he asked me to confirm that I received it. We had got to the second trade screens, when he declined and asked me to confirm the trades. At first, I thought it was a joke and replied with my high sense of sarcasm. Then, I realized he wasn't kidding and was trying to make me fall in to his wordplay and incriminate me.

Fighting his evidence: He took screen pictures of us trading to the second screen, which is the last I saw of the gold I was supposedly purchasing. This was at approximately 1:53 A.M. for myself. He did not start accusing me until 1:57 A.M. as seen in the pictures. He had a four minute window to finish building this frame act against myself. Thus how he got the two pictures of the trade "completion" in rapid succession. Also, he went to Dave at first and said that he traded the 2.2B in one trade. After being called out by Dave on it, he immediately changed his answer. I even personally went to Dave for help, as I knew that this individual had some evidence that could be quite damning.

Other reasons that prove I am in fact innocent:
1) I've traded 5x the amount of this through PayPal and have not attempted to chargeback one cent of what I've paid. I give all permission to contact the people I've conducted business with over PayPal to confirm this. (Dialatic, R2, Kevin001, etc - refer to vouches.)

2) I am a donor to Sythe for about 1/3 of this trade. I would not have given that amount away to this website if my attention was geared on scamming.

3) I became well known and trusted within a very short period, and I still would love to continue my business now that I am out of Uni for a few months.

Extra: I am hoping that you guys can see that this was a false accusation of myself based on events that did not take place. I would love to continue my business to help pay off my outstanding university bills. I also would love to reunite with friendships that were established here but demolished by this bogus report.

I am not offering to make any payments to the user that claimed to be scammed, as I did not scam him.

Also, may I point out that after he said I scammed him he never came back to Sythe. I still feel like I was personally framed by someone who did not like me. I don't want to throw out any names but I had major conflict with Sellerman. He even went to some of my trades and told them that I was a scammer through pm, resulting in them no longer trading me. (Refer to report I made on Sellerman for these events.)

I hope you guys make the right decision. I miss the community. And Dave, I hope we can be friends after this all gets resolved. I don't blame you for the decisions you made, I just hope you'll see that it was an honest mistake.

Due to the ban taking place over a month ago, it's more of a pardon though will be looked at as a dispute pending any information he can provide.

This is a skype-chat-based report. Which means that the chat is saved. I personally have Skype convos from over two years ago, so you shouldn't be telling me your Skype can only retrieve 30-day-old chatlogs. Unless there's something I don't understand about Skype which could obviously be true. However, without those chats I don't know if there's much I can personally do but I'm always up for second opinions.

This was said because as stated, I knew he was framing me and after looking at the evidence I knew it would be hard to prove otherwise as I didn't take pictures of him declining the trade or any other details as I didn't think anything of it. That's when he started saying these things, etc. I thought it would be a normal trade as my others.
