Help would be appreciated - 200k Gift On 07.

The only payment method I'm allowed to use is "PAYBYCASH" they have disabled Paypal,Credit card payments & so on ( Hence why I bought a 90 days card instead .

Well I'm in -600 J coins due to being unable to pay for my membership at the time ( As I was away with the Military )



My account has been - Inactive as I've been away for this time yet they still seem to think I want to pay for membership ( When I haven't been on for months ) which is of course my fault for not canceling the Direct Debit.

I wouldn't be bothered about this normally... if it was just a crap account but the thing is, this account is my first & never botted... been around since 2002, 8 99's... 99 slayer, 65m+ attack xp... I just want my account back... fucking bastards have locked me out of the game - I cannot login due to the account being overdrawn.

I've emailed Jagex regarding this matter.. They emailed me back and said they would be happy if I paid for "400" J coins & they would remove the other 200.





I bought two "90 DAYS MEMBERSHIP PINS YESTERDAY" thinking if I use one, I'll be able to "REDEEM" it and put my account into a positive state. I then emailed Jagex again about this, they then gave me a link to redeem it.. after I redeemed it.. I noticed my account is still "-600 J coins"

My problem is... I redeemed one of my vouchers ( 90 DAYS MEMB VOUCHER ) yet... I'm still overdrawn! This is ridiculous.

Hmm this is curious. I know when I had an overdrawn account, I had to buy Ultimate Game Cards to resolve the negative. I am wondering if your card only qualified for physical in game membership and not towards j-coins as that's not the cards purpose. I would email them again regarding this issue and see what you can do.

I assume the problem is that they did not realize both emails were sent by you, and assumed it was just a general query about how to use a membership voucher.

 

Kinda f...t up by jagex. How can you even go into a negative jcoin balance?

 

I'm pretty sure that you've had a membership chargeback on that account to get negative jcoin balance, so you have to pay that off before you can apply membership to the account again.
