Quite a few people are saying that, it's a lesson learned that you worked for grave, yet I think that's unfair as you were not to know. I had a go at doing stuff in RSUltimate and for me luckily things didn't go well straight away from the ff so I was deterred yet I think it's a shame that your trust in them has been taken advantage off.

I have gone first to grave selling amounts of gp worth 200+$ without hesitation, he is one of the few people I trust not to scam. If he says he doesn't owe, he most likely doesn't. You should really re-check your agreement with him

Not bandwagonning my only experience with grave I was trying to sell him 9b and he refused to confirm with a pm he would only confirm on his live chat or msn.

 

Actually as far as I know, the IRS makes payment processors submit the sellers sales information if they have $20,000 in gross payment volume for goods or services and 200 payments in a calendar year. They will automatically use your SSN, TIN, or EIN to send you Form 1099-K. The IRS automatically has a record of this, regardless if you pay to them or not. Obviously, if you avoid to pay this, then they will red flag you/audit your transactions.

I run a business and have all these forms automatically sent to my business address, from PayPal, 2Checkout, Moneybookers, etc.

Of course they do not file your taxes for you (ROFL), but the IRS has records and would be stupid if you lied about your gross payments because it clearly shows on paper.

Selling RSGP is against the terms of service of Runescape. And they can press charges, but he is taxed, just as any other buisness is.
