NEED someone who can do animation

I need someone to add animation to this. There needs to be a cat walking (just the paws) across the page. It should start in the bottom left of this image (come out from the center content area), go up the page, turn right, go across, turn to go down, go down, then go into the content, small break, repeat.

The paw image should be this, at 50% opacity.



Willing to pay a bit for this to get done.

The animation should be a bit slow, look like a cat just wandering.

Also, are you able to draw a line over the image showing the path of the paws? The directions you gave in writing are a little hard to visualize.
