I'm wondering what the cost would be from a level 3 to lets say the following stats.

70 attack
40 defence
70 strength
70 ranged

+ Any skills to do all quests needed to build the account in a main... this would include all quests needed for defenders, barrow gloves, monkey madness ect, ect.

The the account would be level 3 and I would provide money as we go depending on what is required, this would mean your also buying items for quests ect.

Please provide a rough quote

cant quote you much on the stats n others but i can do like the low lvl quests where its doable on lvl 3 such as waterfall if youd like

I don't think that quote reflects the amount of time / effort that it would take to obtain 176 QP along with the skills to do the quests, so yes I'd go with thats too good to be true and avoid that lol. I probably wouldn't do this even though I have quoted you, but who knows my mind might change if I get bored enough and would be interested in doing this for you.

Anyone charging over $200 is just a joke, 176 QP is alot indeed, but if u do the right quests ect, its only near 80 quests. my average quest price is 400k, Thats 32m at $5 per mil thats 160$, i charge 8m for 1-70 Of skills, thats another 24m Thats a total of 56m ish, With bulk and supplies offered, aswell as i am able to multitask this with other services, $175 is more then a fair price. A Middleman can be used or we can simply do increments.. Don't overpay.

Yes, but I would always fear it would re recovered eventually.

 

you ask for the recovery questions etc; and usually this is done by OMM and you can have them check those as well.

 

You obviously missed my point... It can still be recovered, thats why accounts are so cheap because they are not safe. I'm not depositing everything into bank every time I log off in fear of someone recovering and then spending hours of my time sending appeals.
