    Personally, I think that no one legitimate will do this cape for you.. Sorry to hijack, but I, and plenty others, would highly recommend saving up around $30 and get a very trusted member to do this for you.

    why do people offer capes on eoc for like 5$, but on 07 its 30$? its the same service, and in 07 its slightly easier
