Runescape 3

This is actually true, anytime an update is announced, or released; many players get upset and feel the need to rant, Jagex have stated that the Java client will still be there if people would rather use that, yet people are still getting upset, where's the logic?

The games getting better, let's rant!

 

Milk money by spending money on creating content, developing time, testing time...did you read what you posted?

 

Only EoC kids are hyped for this sht.

 

RuneScape 3 will just be like a upgrade to EOC, I don't know why they keep calling them different versions.

 

Personally, I think the graphics for Runescape 3 are going to be pretty epic. The player count on 07 is decreasing everyday, who knows how long that will last.

 

I reckon that people may try RuneScape 3 just to see the changes, but a long lasting playerbase for RS isn't going to happen now that this will be the 4th server that they have bought out, they should just have had old combat worlds on the EoC server.

Classic/07/EoC/RS3.

 

RS07 will last long, and people rant about that crap because it is crap.

 

I love the EoC. I often found myself quitting runescape to play games like rappelz or something with the action bar and shit but didnt have skills like mining, smithing, etc so they all got boring really fast but i liked the combat on them so much better, now runescape has the same combat with all the skills too, I can't really wait for rs3, I think it can only get better.

 

Agreed, excited to see what the future brings. I love EoC.

 

I mean we all saw this coming and the game must evolve! I love how I can still play RuneScape Classic, 2007Scape or RS2 , and then RS3! I can dig it and respect how they allowed them all to stay open after all these years! Peace and love to Runescape and the community

 

I was on the beta yesterday, graphics seem nice, but gonna need a ton of work

 

I recon it will be a great update, from what i've seen and heard it looks like jagex have finally brang out a usefull update

 

I just watched some of the gameplay video's on Youtube and it looks like eoc on steroids.

Java is a piece of shit that I'd gladly remove if it wasn't for RS. Can't wait for the move to html5. Although the standards are still in development or whatever, at least I can remove Java..

 

It'll probably be filled with even more afk crap. I guess they've decided to just full-on turn their game into a complete joke that people either bot or run in the background while playing other games or watching movies.

Oh well, RS is an extremely old MMORPG, so I guess it's death kind of makes sense at this point. Even S U O M I got sick and tired of the game, which says a lot.

I agree, I'm not a fan of java myself.

 

I've got just over 2.2 billion in EOC RS, hoping that RS3 will make the game playable enough to justify leaving that much wealth dormant rather than selling it for some cash. I play both pretty casually but I have way more fun on OSRS these days.
