What is with this "low-digit" thingy? I see almost all peoples who sells and buys Steam accounts. I'm just being conscious. I'm not much into trading accounts, I'm just here because I've just sold my spare Steam accounts which I do not use anymore.

 

Steam accounts are numbered in ascending order of creation, which means that the lower they are the rarer they are and because people seem to like lower digit accounts the lower they are the more expensive they are, though you can really only, from what I've seen sell 6-7 digit accounts for anything based purely on what digit they are. Also proof of purchase (often abbreviated as POP, PoP, etc) is also required for people that actually want to use these accounts otherwise you aren't able to retrieve them if locked by steam, etc. For the lower digit accounts steam specifically requires the POP of HL1 premium.

 

Low-digt accounts are rare accounts
