Paying for header

I need a header for this. That includes a basic logo, the name of the site, and a motto.

Name: The Cat's Meow
Motto: Kitty Boarding Services

I need it ASAP. Just post one and we can talk prices. Willing to pay $10-20 for it depending on quality.

This is for a client. Size of it does not matter, be creative. Post a few maybe.

Something similar to this would be great, or something gold. My client really likes the one above, but the designer keeps putting off sending me the transparent .PNG, and I don't have time to wait around.
