Chaotic Maul OR Chaotic Crossbow+Hand

Hey guys, I'm in a bit of a dilemma here, I need to know what to get.
I'm 95/99 DG And when I get 99 I'll be spending my tokens on one of these. But I'm already Maxed combat apart from Range/Prayer/Summoning (97 Range) and I'm wondering if I should get The crossbow for range training and also for slayer [90 slay]

On the other hand, People said that maul is the best in the game at the moment, or the Longsword and I don't know what to get for slayer, I always have a rapier.

I have dual crossbows but I still prefer to use royal crossbow instead.

 

Why? is it better?

 

Because if you use abilities the damage boost provided by the royal crossbow is the value that is affecting your dps rather than the speed of the chaotic crossbows unless you want to use momentum then you are fine with your chaotic one.

 

Dual crossbows are good if you can't get a royal crossbow charged due to your stats (reaching the needed point on QBD).

 

if you're using momentum, get the crossbows and save the money needed for royal, since its almost the same xp/h.

 

Hmm thanks, now what about Slayer, Maul or Crossbows? Which is faster

 

For slayer, the crossbows would definitely be faster. But it can also depend on what monster you're fighting.

 

Maul wouldnt be a good idea for traning slayer tbh, since eoc rapiers/crossbows is #1
