Best Defence Training?

Hey guys, do you know the best place for defence training?
All stats are 99 except for 90 defence. So I'll be able to train in harder places.

Also, equipment would be nice too
I've got more than enough money for equipment

You can also try giant spiders. Or Red spiders.

 

I barraged dagganoths, got 78-99 in 3 days or so with the momentum shit on, so would be quicker with abilities I'm assuming.

 

Grotworms, you'll profit too.

 

This! Rock barage, turmoil, dung pray restore necklace, full gano/sub, master wand, mage book. You'll do about 2k casts a hour with that setup and gain about 300k xp/h.

 

Barraging dagannoths is by far the best xp, which rates out about 275-325k/hr. That's what I'd personally do, you can easily get 1mxp/day.

 

Dark beasts(90 slay) ranging is very good defence xp/h tho

 

Hhmmmm are there any methods that aren't as expensive as barraging?

I know I said I have more than enough money, but I've always seen barraging as a massive waste of cash

Also.. I was actually thinking of getting 99 defence at waterfiends with a bow, as I got 99 range there very fast.

 

Barraging isn't expensive tho cause eoc.

 

Few methods:

• Waterfiends
  - Best range armour
  - Zaryte/Royal crossbow/Chaotic crossbow's/Black salamander
  
  ~ Can achieve 160k hr while charm collecting would imagine 210k hr +

• Deadly Red Spiders
  - Bandos or better
  - Saradomin sword
  
  ~ Can achieve 180k hr +
