Bawsz Dispute

Kronic just because we don't agree that he should be unbanned doesn't mean you need to get all defensive.

 

I think he is just looking for reasons why he should stay banned instead of people just saying "Keep him banned"

 

Because looking at the report he was part or supporedt a name stealing clan. That's why.

 

But in his appeal he provided clear evidence that it was mainly a dungeoneering IRC clan chat. Why should he take the fall for only a few that snipe names in that Clan? Point being, he has never scammed, never attempted a scam, and we have no proof of him doing anything besides being associated with a group of name snipers. The guy even has proof of purchasing the names he was selling. I mean, what more could he do to prove his innocence? This is the down-side of Sythe. Once minds have been made, no proof/evidence could persuade people.

Now looking back at this thread he is clearly support the clan which has been proven to be a name stealing clan. Now that's like saying "You support people black hat activities but you "don't" do them" You would still be held to the same responsibility as if you were or weren't doing them. He knew what the clan was about and shouldn't have associated himself with them.

Openly states he is from hackforums, but we accept that he is from hackforums and trust he isnt like the rest.
What is the difference when a guy states he is with Team RFB? Is Team RFB really worse than people on hackforums?
The only difference between Bawsz and this guy= Bawsz is a 300$ donor with a very succesful skilling shop, the other guy is a member that registered a few days ago...But we get rid of Bawsz...Great idea.

 

Because RFB is scamming people on sythe so therefore it has to do with sythe. Hack forums is a different site.

 

I'm not sure on this but do we even have any proof they've sniped names on here? Can that be proven? But if the guy from HF isn't banned for being apart of a blackhat site then how can we ban such a positive influence on the market, in Bawsz for "Suspicion". Sythe needs to take care of its donors, above all else. And with having proof of purchase for the names he owns and no proof of him ever scamming... How could we possibly let him stay banned? If anything at all, a TWC is much more suitable than a ban.

There is your proof that they scam on sythe.
That's why he should stay banned. He openly associated with them after they were scamming on sythe.

 

But we have established that TEAM RFB is mainly a DUNGEONEERING CLAN. He provided proof of that in the dispute he posted. Just because a few bad apples are in your group, doesnt mean you get rid of the whole batch....Don't punish the guy who has done absolutely nothing but be a positive symbol for the marketplace and he has demonstrated how to work your way up through hard work and dedication. With Proof of purchase of the names and no scams involved, it absolutely blows my mind that Bawsz is banned.

 

I don' think Bawsz should have been banned, you cant judge one person based on he clan they're in. What if he was in that clan because some of his friends were, and all he did was hang out and talk to other clan members, and isn't banning him for being in a clan a form of prejudice?

 

He was in the clan to level up Dungeoneering faster obviously... Like being in a Pest Control team...you want a good team so you don't suck...

Everyone who has been caught name sniping has been banned, some have been more trusted than bawsz at the time. There's no reason bawsz should be unbanned if those caught in past name sniping are going to remain banned.

 

Okay, he associated with them, but did you actually have proof of him scamming or doing wrong?
Thats like saying "i hang around with drug dealers and Criminals Irl", But that doesn't make me a Drug Dealer or Criminal does it?

 

The only problem with your argument is, he was never caught for name sniping....He was banned for being associated with a Group of snipers, which he provided a valid defense for.

the police does not care if you did it or not,you were there.
The same fact is for bawsz beeing in a name sniping clan
