   Just being a member on Hackforums isn't a ban-worthy offense. Only partaking in blackhat activities is. Many users use Hackforums for various reasons, a quick example would be for educational purposes.
   
   Unless you have any proof of the user taking part in blackhat activities then he's free to use Sythe.
