I believe this is not worthy of a BAN if anything a TWC if he is to be unbanned this guys legit believe or not to believe me and have trusted him with Paypal details since at one time we shared a business which we created a business PP for and i have trusted him with significant amount of GP worth $1000s at time.

this thread is just to give you my over-view on the guy.

however im not staff so i got get to rule what happens to him.

although i do feel i have to post this because removing him is far over the top.

 

If he is allowed back I would say a TWC easily and I am not even sure if he should be allowed back. But that is just my opinion.

I keep contact with this guy IRL. I will assure he will refund the gp or do the job. Its come to a stand still because of the current issue. The guys business minded and is far from a kid ether-way how he handled stuff is like a kid how u claim. However this user will not be scammed by this he just reported him for the fact he sees his banned on sythe now and believe the job will not be done.

 

Well, he is banned so that leaves room to assume that he was in the wrong.

 

He deserves the ban, the only reason you don't think so is because you are friends with him. He should be permed and it should stay that way, he is super sketchy.

for sure. too be honest i didnt know about this activity in this sniping name shit.. to be honest i still dont understand it to full extend

however the reason his banned is because of the sniping so ive contacted him on Facebook regarding the service report

How ever i can this sniping team thing he didn't know he was doing wrong well i hope so because he never scammed me and believe me his the the opportunity to take me for $1000s.

so i don't see why he be doing this if he new his was going agents the rules.

I have a TWC for sketchy bahavior...
Bans should be based off facts.
Was he advertising a well involved sniping clan? YES
Do we have proof he sniped any names? NO
Is their any proof of him scamming? NO
He is a 300$ donator and we should atleast give him the benefit of the doubt...From what I can tell it was just an unusual situation and when unusual situations occur on this site, Mods panic...
The guy owns one of the most popular/trusted/reliable 07 services on Sythe... I thnk we need to stay open minded and not just think "BAN BAN BAN" Anytime something happens that we dont neccasarily understand...Just my two cents.

If _YOU_ guys think that the proof which is actually given is not enough for a ban it's not sythe's problem tbh.
Sythe mods/staff(i don't know which1 banned him) but they did ban him,so they feel they have enough proof/reason to ban him.
I don't get it,why not simply accept it.

If you were wrongfully banned, wouldn't you want someone to preach the truth on the matter and not just forget about you? I'd personally like to know what the theory was for banning him. As I've seen a lot worse in the scam forums recently go un-touched.

 

did you read his report? He states he will complete all current orders. just cause people are banned doesnt always mean they have scammed a pending order or something..

 

the user has changed his information this is why he can not complete however i PMed the user.

 

Even people that have admittingly scammed get pardons for their perm bans aslong as they pay back the victims... This guy has no victims to even pay back, he never scammed anyone. A TWC would be much more reasonable
