Training in EOC.

Hey guys. I just came back from a few months ago, and am going to try and train the character I used as an obby mauler. My stats are as follows:

73 Strength
1 ATK
1 DEF
17 Prayer
44 Magic
56 ranged
28 slayer

Now I don't know if things have changed, but what's the best armor/weapons to train with? I can afford up to around 4m apiece. And training areas, where do I train? Is there any places, other than doing slayer quests? I want to train my ATK and DEF up to around 50. I am P2P.

Weapons: Power>Speed, the higher the level requirement the stronger they are.

Locations: Deadly red spiders? Though you might need to be a tad stronger before going there.
