Read ^^ As it has both my original report + what cause of ban was. Another Edit: As far as my original appeal, I was still a fucking idiot, claiming I did not scam him. I took RSGP from him (Do not recall amount) as a payment for my Sythe account, prior to creating the ban report, which was idiotic. Then I denied that claim in my appeal. As I was, again, a fucking idiot. I wish I could go back a few years and kick my own ass. But the past is the past, I am willing to own up to it.

Summary of orginal ban (From what I HONESTLY remember): Some kid added me on MSN wanting to buy my account on Sythe to scam other members. I then, took his money, and made a scam report saying what he was doing, So I did intentionally scam a scammer. However, I know that was fucking stupid and, I would totally be willing to compensate for that. I left Sythe, with no intentions of coming back. Although, It is not like I scammed any people who didn't deserve it, and when I say that, I do have morals. I do not believe what I did was right.

Recent Sythe (Cake IS Good) Profile: I made this account in Dec 2012 to use Sythe as a legit blackmarket to fund my RSPS addictions. I never have/still do not, have any intentions of scamming ANYONE. I started a successful 07 GP Buying AND Selling shop, and have accrued 110+ vouches in 3 months, 70+ in last month) which has been so profitable, it is unreal, and honestly unbelievable. I was then hacked by Oogabooga about 3 weeks ago, and lost my Skype, Sythe, and Hotmail, because I was an idiot and used the same password for all of them. He also, read my Skype chat logs and got my user/pass for my Runescape account and cleaned my bank.

Today: Ooga added me on Skype again, demanding I pay him off or he would report me for being a ban evader. I told him I would not follow his requests, and he did indeed get the information needed that I am an evader. I want you guys to see my side, whether I am banned for life or not, is irrelevant to me at this point. I have became close with ALOT of very trusted people on this site, and want them to see what happened if I do disappear.

I blocked Ooga before copying any of the chat logs, but he did also tell me I should go out with a bang and scam as many people as possible before I was banned. However, during that time I was in the process of a few trades, and I did indeed finish them up legitly and ask for vouches. Which the both did for me.

I am 21 years old, with a full time job, living on my own, and I am far more mature than I was even a few short years ago. I would rather earn a penny legit than a dollar by scamming. Ooga is the most disgraceful person I have ever met I do believe. I hope one day he gets what is coming, and I hope he is horrified by every minute of it.

Edit: IF this is out of order I apologize! Just wanted to add, I told Ooga himself, I would rather take a perm ban from Sythe than stoop to his level and try to pay him off, even though, I would have been able to continue to use Sythe until the future where I am sure I would be threatened again, I do feel so much better about getting this off my chest! For better or for worse!

Conclusion: I know I fucked up, and broke Sythe's rules. For that, I do deserve punishment. I will take whatever actions are passed on to me and own up to it.

To You above: I apologize to all of you personally, even though I never did anything wrong to you, I still had a dark secret that no one knew about.

Nytrix: We have had communication for a while now, He is stand up guy! Kind of helped me start my 07 business, even if it was by mistake! Always great dude, willing to help! So deserving of the OMM he is trying to get as well!!

OblivionRage: Hell, prior to my 07 shop, I spent hundereds of dollars via PayPal to him, It got to the point, he wouldn't sell to me anymore as he feared chargebacks, even though I explained, I was not that type of person.

Elena: She helped me from day one of meeting her, We still chat on Skype, and hope we continue after this. (I also still owe her some 07, which ban or not, will be repaid!)

Questguy: I have known this guy since my MMOE days, We still traded while he was banned on Sythe, Most legit Chinese dude I know!

R2pleasent: A real stand up man, I was scammed for some cash over on Near Reality, and R2 went out of his way (Costing him IRL money) to help me prove that the guy who scammed me, was indeed a pile of shit.

Superman: The best mod I have met on Sythe to date! He was so helpful in MANY events, and is the reason I got "Cake IS Good" back after Ooga hacked it.

I do apologize to EVERYONE on Sythe, for breaking the rule, and ban evading.

I do hope to return one day, but we will take it slow, and see how this all plays out!


Ending lines: I am a terrible story writer, and after submitting this there will probably be things I forgot to add! Which, by that point, not sure I will be able to edit it!! I really did enjoy this site, and hope to one day be back!!

In a sense, I would love to make this into my "Pardon" while coming clean to what I have done wrong. I feel like, I am not a terrible person. I did scam one person in 2011 (and prior, and future have done nothing wrong, aside from this ban evading ), Who I would be 110% willing to pay back. I want my Sythe journey to continue, and do not want to be forgot about. I do not know a ton of staff on here, more some of the top gold sellers. So, If there is a way this can be opened up for comments, possibly support the unban, I would greatly appreciate it!

From what I understand he is trying to pay back what is owed (100m?). So I would like to see it paid back before support is given.

 

Edited the OP at his request and he has confirmed that it is a pardon. (@RwmRS2)

 

If kmjt is correct, I'll support after the 100M is repaid.
