    What should be done?

I want to talk about Sythe users using Skype for communication over trades.

The only way to be safe is to ask for a PM, when dealing with ANYBODY.
If you get a PM through sythe, they should be held accountable for refund, if you get scammed.
If they refuse a refund at that point, they should be banned.

This is one possible solution if Skype doesn't fix this vulnerability..

ban Skype on Sythe, this means users will not be allowed to give out their Skype, or talk about trades/services over Skype. This rule would protect newcomers, since they likely wont't ask for PM's.

A lot of people would not like this idea, Skype has become very popular with Sythe users. To make matters worse, MSN will be merging with Skype soon, so what does that leave?

What are your opinions on the matter?

Isn't it up to the newcomers to check the rules and request a PM on Sythe before continuing with a trade? I use Skype for all my trades and it's far more easier than MSN:/ but either way, I request PM's with any user before I do a trade
