What about the prayer and hp?

The troll general can hit 30+ damage, and I doubt you have the HP for it. So it can be really hard to do if you cannot sustain the damage, as you'll have to pass through him to get to the safespot. Unless you have a friend. I'd consider this if you can do 07 GP.
