I don't think the scam report is legit. I don't see any proof of Predict scamming him at all. For all we know Philthy could have emptied out his bank himself. IMO, Philthy should have asked Predict for a PM on Sythe before making the trade. NEVER complete a trade without confirming it is the owner through Sythe.

 

I have full chat log proof that that the skype account in use was predict. So don't try and use the whole "hacking" excuse to keep yourself for not getting banned.

 

Could I see the proof and I'm not making any excuses what so ever i'm being 100% honest and I would never do something like this, I understand you are upset but it was not me, it was an impostor.

Regardless of getting hacked or not (which you didn't) sythe rules are you need to refund people that got "scammed" by your "hacked" skype account.

 

"If any account (Sythe, Skype, Runescape, etc) you own is hacked, and the hacker scams with that account, your Sythe account will be banned. You must reimburse all scammed members before the staff will consider unbanning you."

 

That is true, you'll most likely have to refund him.

 

If you can proof to me that something has happened to you because of my Skype account getting hacked I'd be more then happy to refund you.

 

I would be more then happy to refund him if this really happening don't get me wrong, i feel bad but then again he could just be making this all up and trying to get some free stuff, you never know. Proof it too me and i'll refund you.

 

your skype account did not get hacked and I can prove that I'd rather see you banned than get a refund. I don't want this happening to anyone else. you messed with the wrong person. I'm a very determined person.

 

My Skype did get hacked, add my new Skype and screen share the proof.

Devin I am providing a mod with full proof. I don't need to prove the scammer anything, I don't want a refund I want him banned. So dont get at me for trying to get free stuff.

 

I didn't say you needed to screen share me I'm just trying to help you get refunded, but i'm not gonna just refund you by your word, for all i know you could be making this all up but if you choose to not be cooperative that isn't my fault, I tried to help you.

 

That makes no sense, why would you give up "$45 worth of gold" so you can get somebody you don't even know banned. Sketchy.
